USA ORDERS:
- We Ship Motors and Parts from our Flagship Location in Nashville, TN, while Batteries ship from our warehouses in either TN, TX, or CA depending on stock and proximity.
- Orders for motors and batteries are typically processed within 2 business days, with smaller orders usually out the door within 24 hours. Additional lead time required for custom orders, modifications, upgrades, or certain parts where specified.
- During Peak Periods (i.e. Sales, and Holiday Season), average processing time is extended to approximately 5 business days.
- We do our best to get your product out in a timely manner, and generally run a pretty tight ship, but depending on the time of year, our current order queue, the amount of custom modifications involved therein, and other various factors, processing time may be affected. If there will be a significant delay for any reason, we will contact you by email and/or telephone.
- If you are needing to receive your order within a certain timeframe, please contact us BEFORE placing the order so arrangements can be made.
- Batteries always ship separately, FedEx or UPS Ground, adhering to shipping regulations for lithium batteries.

INTERNATIONAL (& CANADIAN) ORDERS:
- Motors and Parts ship from our Flagship Location in Nashville, TN, USA, outside of the 'International' Special Section, where we have special deals for items shipping from our International Warehouse in China (EU Warehouse also coming soon).
- Motors and Parts from Our USA Warehouse will ship by the method chosen at checkout ~ UPS, DHL, or International Post. Motors and Parts from our 'International' Special Section usually have 2 options ~ Standard International Post which takes about 2-3 weeks, or Express which takes about 1 week.
- Batteries Ship from our International Warehouse in China, except for certain Batteries - only when specified - which can ship from USA to Canada.
- Batteries must ship Internationally through a special service, and then are transferred to FedEx, UPS, or regulated equivalent that is available in your area, and will take approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. Batteries marked for shipping to Canada from the US will come by FedEx or UPS Ground.
- Customer is responsible for paying Customs Duties and Taxes. We can supply product Tariff Codes in advance upon request. We find that UPS charges brokerage fee minimums for each package, even if there is only a low value. International Post and DHL seem to be much more reasonable for smaller items, but it is a good practice to become familiar with the import regulations and charges where you are located.
- Immediately inspect any packages at the time of delivery and if any damage is found, please REFUSE delivery of the package. If/Once a package delivery is accepted, any issues must be presented to the courier company as outlined in our policy at the bottom of this page.
