Commonly used for lighting applications, sometimes in conjunction with a relay - for enabling high power lights to be triggered on/off from Tongsheng TSDZ2 and Bafang BBS02/HD weaker integrated lighting circuits - however 12v is the industry standard for various automotive accessories, and can be used for a variety of applications as needed. This model is relatively small, with a wide range of input voltage and a respectable output amperage. Mounting brackets are on opposite ends for a secure installation.
