Good for any project that calls for splitting a single female yellow 3 pin port.
Was commonly used to splice an extra connection from an e-brake port for use with a gear/shift sensor, retrofitting early Bafang BBS Series Mid Drives - but nowadays the BBS Series Mid Drives already have dedicated ports for this. Can be used with other system e-brake ports if they utilize the same Bafang BBS yellow 3 pin wiring scheme, such as some TSDZ2, and CYC X1 models.
