The reduction gear connects the large main gear (which the chainring assembly mounts to) to the inside gear (which is directly driven by the motor).
Compatibility:
Helical - for Newer TSDZ2 and TSDZ2B Models
Straight - for OLD TSDZ2 Models (which came with a SILVER 110BCD spider) and Coaster Brake Models
